  Dear Seller, for my order 282608730 which was purchased on 8 Nov, if you cannot fulfill the order, then please refund me the full $13.70.

My QX Quick scheduled on 10 Nov 10am-12pm was not fulfilled due to item out of stock (Your warehouse should be able to monitor stock and should not let this happened) and you later rescheduled the delivery on 15 Nov, a day which I have notified you that I am unavailable and you reverted that my order will be sent after 15 Nov. However, my order still came on 15 Nov and it resulted in a failed delivery.

After that, I keep checking with you when my order will be redeliver to me and you replied it is on delivery, but the status shows that the order has been returned to shipper since 15 Nov. There is no further update.

It has been frustrating as you cannot confirm a delivery date. You cannot expect customer to keep waiting at home for the delivery. Furthermore, you are not replying to messages posted to you. With the upcoming black friday sales, I foresee more delays.

Thus, please let me know the exact date that my order will be redeliver or please refund me the full $13.70, despite the fact that I bought another items from other seller and used cart coupon. This is not the customer's fault.
