    Hi, as per your advise i chosen delivery Qprime today paid at $3.99 and requested delivery date to be on 6 Feb 2021 12pm to 3pm. Why the item was delivered today 1 Feb 2021 and in the morning around 10.40am instead? Didnt Qprime read and follow the date we requested? Then why am i paying more?

    That was meant for a surprised event on 6 Feb 2021.
    N it was lucky that the store boss was in the shop to received. It is 2 different thing.

    I had called qdelivery hotline, i was told it was a general mistake that the driver scanned out the parcel & realised date to be delivered was 6 Feb 2021. So they tried to call the recipient if anyone to received. So fortunately the recipient was earlier in their store on Monday . Their store weekdays operating hours was after 8pm only.
    Although the recipient received the parcel, but it was a totally 2 different thing. Because i paid $3.99 wanted the parcel to be delivered on 6 Feb 2021 12pm to 3pm STRICTLY ONLY. Am i right?
