Hi,
I have just received my order of 8 packs today (Order no. 328740477), gave up waiting for your stock to replenish. The expiry date is Jan2021 (4 months).
The last batch I ordered 2 months ago in Jul2020 expires even later in Apr2021.
You claimed above that you do not stock much to bring the freshest stock. Then why am I receiving older stock?
I have purchased this item many times from you. No issue so far except the last batch I received has 1 pack with many ants (at least 200) in it, there was leakage from some of the sachets. I discarded the whole pack.

Just noticed from your recent (this month’s) product reviews that some other customers have been receiving coffee with even shorter shelf life (2 months). Of course technically, they are still in consumable condition but most online customers order many packs at a go to save on shipping charges or to use a coupon as your pricing is the same as super markets.
I had ordered many times from you and did not have ‘short expiry’ issues, coffee delivered usually has at least 6 moths shelf life before expiry. Hence, I had confidence in your shop and did not look at reviews before ordering.
I sincerely hope you can improve in this aspect or at least include expiry dates in your listing to help customers gauge how much to order.
On a side note, I do appreciate your prompt replies to my enquiries.

Please be informed that I have just received my orders but unfortunately, the wrong items-Nescafe coffees has been sent!

FYI my orders are 4 packets of the Gold Blend 3 in 1 Coffee with Premium Arabica (15 Sticks). Instead, you have sent me 4 packets of the Nescafe Gold Flat White Coffee! Please refer to the attached pictures.

Please help to arrange for an exchange to the correct items ASAP as I have bought the coffee for my aged parents as they are running out of stocks.

Kindly arrange for morning delivery latest by 11.30am as I am working daily. The delivery came late afternoon and the delivery woman kept me waiting for almost half hour when I was running late for my work appointment admits heavy downpour that day.

We have checked with Nestle, and they have informed us that Nescafe Gold Blend 3in1 15S Instant Coffee has been discontinued, and this product is now replaced with Nescafe Gold Flat White 3in1 Instant Coffee.

We apologise for not updating our lisitng in a timely manner. We will proceed to do the collection and refund the order to you instead. Do note that collection timing is not controlled on our end. Our deliverymen will contact you prior to collection, do let him know on the collection preference.

  Dear Seller, I just want to confirm that if i order Ipoh White Coffee Gao Siew Dai, i will not be getting the White Coffee Gao Siew Dai instead, but DEFINITELY only Ipoh White Coffee Gao Siew Dai, because there is a difference between the two, the one without the Ipoh word, pretty much taste like crap, so please advise if the order (refer to attached screenshot) made, will ensure that i get ALL 4 packets of IPOH WHITE COFFEE Gao Siew Dai, and not the WHITE COFFEE Gao Siew Dai. And should i place the order only to receive the wrong ones, what options do i have in terms of customer recovery Thank you and looking forward to your reply.
