Instead of 14 cups I only received 13. I wrote to u immediately after I hv received the parcel to let u know that u can deliver that 1 cup u owed me together with my next order as I realised u also sell other household items. However there is no response till now.

Kindly let me know how we can proceed with this.

I hv already told Qoo10 helpline that I hv already thrown away the box. The 13 cups are still in my cupboard.

Can we settle this in an easier and more straight forward way. My family needs some household items. I will order the items from Qoolife mall. In that order memo I will indicate "Put in 1 cup noodle owed - Ref Order #264190484". U can then put in the cup noodle together with the household items ordered. Does that work? I don't want to spend any more time on this cup noodle issue.

Pls confirm.
