  In my order form I requested that the items be delivered to 69C FLORENCE RD. Instead on Friday the delivery man tried to deliver to my Tampines flat. He said KOVAN is not his area so he will return item to the warehouse. Today QExpress emailed me to say that delivery was unsuccessful to my house especially I was in the whole day and did not receive any call that they came to deliver. Apparently the seller did not give their delivery man correct address. Its not my fault. Please advise course of action Thanks

Then why are people purchasing later getting their deliveriea 1st?
